Howard Altizer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Altizer of Georgetown, Kentucky, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James Elwood "Woody" Altizer and Thelma Bryant Altizer Dotson; his grandmother Hulah Hurley Altizer; his siblings, Thomas Boyd Altizer, Melissa Dotson and Pamula Sue Altizer; and his grandson Dalton Lee Carroll.

He is survived by : his wife Tina Moore Altizer; his children, Jereme Carroll (Angel), Amanda Dennison (Adam), Justina Curry (Mike) and Jessica Hawkins (Nathan); and his brothers, Randall Hunt (Carol) and William Douglas Altizer (Brenda). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
