He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Bradshaw and Emma Elizabeth Young; his siblings, Charlene Ball, Carolyn Bradshaw and Tony Bradshaw; and his granddaughter Jasmine Renee Clay.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tishana Bradshaw and Victoria Simpson; his grandchildren, Tyrese Simpson, Isaiah Bradshaw, Jaeden Simpson, Joshua McKee, Justus McKee and Jordan Bradshaw-Clay; his great grandchildren, Kehlani Wright and Kamiah Bradshaw; and his siblings, Terry Bradshaw (Linda), Teresa Gordon and Ann Marie Wilson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the O. L. Hughes and Sons Mortuary (322 E Third St, Lexington, KY 40508). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
