She was predeceased by : her husband Leo Dominic Stevens, Jr.; her parents, Charlie Perkins and Florence Roberts Perkins; and her brother Charles T. Perkins, Jr.. She is survived by : her daughters, Janie Greenup Mallory and Kathy Hoffman (Wyatt); her grandchildren, Taylor Mallory (Ashley Wells), Laura Hoffman, Wyatt Hoffman, II and Mary Kate Hoffman; and her great grandchildren, Luka and Liam Mallory.
