He is survived by: his wife Shirley Warfield; his children, Melissa Carter (Darrel) of Georgetown, Arthur Warfield (Patty) of Georgetown and James Warfield III (Christina) of Frankfort; his siblings, Libby Patterson of Lexington, Robert Warfield of Frankfort and David Warfield (Sheree) of Midway; his brother-in-law Philip Richardson of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Kevin, Kimberly, Kelsey, Derek, Rocky, Tritan, Monet and Talon.
