She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Juett Pochodzay (Denver) of Paris, KY and David Perkins (Angela) of Georgetown, KY; her nieces, Sharla Whitt (Kevin) of Eminence and Juett Ann Wells (Robert) of Georgetown; and her nephew Michael Perkins (Aidan) of Lynchburg, VA. She is also survived by five great-nephews and two great-nieces.
