We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2020 we had to say goodbye to John L. Manning of Georgetown, Kentucky, born in Bristol, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Manning and Eunice Manning; and his former wife Janice Manning. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Manning; his son Marlin Manning; and his sisters, Nancy Cornett (Norman), Sally Frazier (Raleigh) and Margaret Carson (Gerald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, services will be private. Face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.

In lieu of flowers (John was not a fan of flowers), please give to the building fund of Highlands Baptist Church, 2032 Parallel Road, Lexington, KY 40511 or Freedom Fund at Ashland Avenue Baptist Church, 483 West Reynolds Road, Lexington, KY 40503.
