It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John S. Witt Sr. of Georgetown, Kentucky, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Percival Witt and Katherine Witt. He is survived by : his wife Joan; his children, Denise, Maurice (Leslie), Jack (Jerri), Paul (Gina), Joyce Jones and John Herzog (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Brandon (Samantha), Jason, Jordon, Garrett, Mckenna, Noah, Justine (Steve), Ryan, Megan, Emma, John, Jordan, Julia (Austin) and Jayne; and his great grandchildren, Adelaide, Leo and Lilly.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Misericordia Heart of Mercy in Chicago, IL where Denise has resided for the past 30 years.
