With sadness, we share the passing of Joseph Milton Puckett of Georgetown, Kentucky. Joseph, born on August 5, 1942, passed away on August 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Puckett and Lucy Scott Puckett; and his brothers, Melvin Puckett, Leroy Puckett Jr., Alvin Puckett and Danny Puckett.

He is survived by: his wife Patsy Haynes Puckett; his sons, Todd Puckett and John Puckett; his grandchildren, Erica Slade (Scott), Joseph Todd Puckett (Randi), Morgan Brady (Robert), Chandlyr Cooper Puckett (Dawson), Robert Wayne Puckett (Peyton) and John Brandon Puckett (Noel); his sister Rhonda Sanchez; and his great grandchildren, Cashton Slade, Haynes Slade, Vivian Slade, Callen Puckett, Blaike Puckett, Eleanor Brady and Vera Puckett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to UK Kentucky Children's Hospital in Joseph's memory.
