She is survived by: her husband Orie Thomas Bell; her son Matthew Thomas Bell; her pets, Chico and Gizmo; her brother Floyd Allen Devers; her sister-in-law Charlotte Elaine Devers; her adoptive daughters, Connie Cramer and Kathy Spangler; her grandchildren, Celeste Ruth and Shylah Spangler; and her great grandchild Alexandra Sanders. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; countless dear friends and neighbors.
