She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Henry and Mable Rawlins Henry; her husband Clarence B. Mattox; her stepsons, Dwayne Mattox, Mark Mattox and Georgetown; her sisters, Glenda June Arvin and Rebecca Pennington; her son Gregory Bryant; and her siblings, Gloria Ann Williams, Rita Faye Tipton, Viola Tipton, Joseph, Gilbert, Ronald Lee, Carl and Billy Ray Henry.

She is survived by: her son Kevin Bryant (Estill Co); and her stepdaughter Angie Wright (Cynthiana). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and 6 step grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made towards the funeral expenses.
