He was predeceased by: his father Kenis Lucas; and his stepsister Laura Lucas. He is survived by: his spouse LaRena Matherly Lucas; his mother Vicki Hopkins Bryant (William); his children, Alyssa Lucas and Matthew Lucas; his stepchildren, Hayley Ford (Ryan) and Kaydence Huff; his siblings, Rhonda Thornsberry, Kenny Lucas (April), Todd Lucas (Haylie) and Jamie Lucas (Elizabeth); his stepbrother Mike Lucas; and his grandchildren, Johnathan Ford and Kashton Engler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and his church family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson's Funeral Home (641 S Broadway St, Georgetown, KY 40324). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Journey Church (108 Hemlock Rd, Winchester, KY 40391).
