He was predeceased by: his brother Chris; and his grandparents, Carl N., Helen B. Moneyhon of Augusta, Hans and Clara Hirschfeld of Maysville, Kentucky..

He is survived by: his parents, Carl Bruist and Louise Moneyhon of Augusta, Kentucky.; and his children, Dylan James Moneyhon (Tiffani) of Flemingsburg, Casey Richardson (Mollie Cate) of Georgetown, Logan Hyman (Serenity) of Georgetown, Sarah Shepherd (Dustin) of Georgetown and Autumn Humphrey (Adam) of Georgetown. He is also survived by several grandchildren, uncles, aunts, nephews, and nieces.
