He was predeceased by: his grandfather Johnny Norman. He is survived by: his significant other Whitney Monhollen Welch; his daughters, Jordyn Welch and Gracelyn Welch; his siblings, Leslie Welch Faris (Erik), Angela Welch and Robert Welch; his grandson Daxston Adams "Homie"; his aunt Barbara Moore; his grandmother Ruth Welch; his mother Susan Welch (Norman); and his sister Shea Welch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
