He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Dee and Irene Nordstrom Allen. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Averbeck Allen; his children, Charlotte Allen Jones (Joseph), Murvin Patrick Allen (Tauna) and Cathleen Allen Stokley (Skeeter); and his siblings, Bonnie Hoover and Dee Allen (Diane). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
