Naomi leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Naomi’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Naomi will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Radford and Della Ashcraft Riggs; and her husband John Basil Leach. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - Harrodsburg Road (3421 Harrodsburg Rd, Lexington, KY 40513). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Lexington Cemetery (833 W Main St, Lexington, KY 40508).
