Opal’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Kenneth Whitt and Esther Whitt; her husband Mike Loar of Georgetown, KY; her sons, Andy Loar (Kathy) of Georgetown and Jason Loar (Sheila) of Hebron, Maryland; and her grandchildren, Ryan, Austin, Alexa and Abbey. She was also cherished by two sisters, one brother and several nieces and nephews.
