With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis A. Patrick of Georgetown, Kentucky, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Saul Maggard and Mary Maggard; her husband Paul Patrick; and her children, Sheila McKinney and Mike Butcher.

She is survived by: her son Tony Butcher (Charlotte Butcher); and her daughter-in-law Georgette Butcher. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and extended family.
