He was predeceased by: his parents, Ford W. Jackson, Sr. and Cleo Christine Hamilton Jackson; and his brother Ford Jackson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Gaines Jackson; his children, Sara Jackson Green and Jeremy Jackson (Devona); his stepchildren, Michael Southworth, Polly Southworth, Jamie Southworth and Joe Marshall; his grandchildren, Dakota Jones, Stella Green, Madalyn Jackson and Lillian Green; his sisters, Cheryl Clark and Joan Agee; the mother of his children Deborah Jackson Sewell (Jerry); and his stepdaughter Hannah Sewell. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 50% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
