She is survived by: her former husband Ronald Johnson; her children, Robin Johnson Carpenter of Lexington, KY, Cindy Johnson Grills (Randy) of Georgetown, KY, Randy Johnson of Lexington, KY and David Johnson (Shelby) of Streetsboro, OH; her grandchildren, Ronald Gum, Sarah Coffman, Tyler Grills, Lauryn Johnson, Sydney Johnson, Hunter Carpenter and David Johnson, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Riley Gum, Lukas Clemons, Riot Gum and Oliver Gum; and her siblings, Richard Hunter, Tony Hunter and Lynn Hunter Carney.
