He is survived by: his daughter Addisyn Nicole Lee Tackett; the mother of his child Bridget Nicole Tackett; his mother Ethel Lynn Vannarsdall Frederick; his stepfather John David Frederick of Georgetown, KY.; his brothers-in-law, Michael Stimely (Michelle Couch Perkins) of Florida and Anthony Perkins; his nieces and nephews, Geni-Lynn Willoughby, Isabella Rivera, Kayla Perkins, Aaron Joel Lee, Brandon Tyler, William Alexander Grant and Cameran James Tackett; his pets, Peyton and Yeller; Bobby.
