He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hiram, Golden Toler Johnson, Leonard and Mary M. Walters Spencer. He is survived by: his parents, Kathleen Johnson Spencer and Rodney Spencer; his sister Tina Fryman (David); and his sibling's children, Patrick Allen McCreary and Megan Diane Hamilton (Dylan). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, and cousins.
