He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Dewes Warren; his nieces and nephews, Susan Adams, Joann Walker, Timothy Moss, Jim Turner and Jamie Hampton; his half-sister Miriam Warren; and his granddaughter Gracie Hampton. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bluegrass Hospice Care.
