She is survived by: her children, Keith Hays (Stacey) of Ft. Thomas, Bill Hays of Lexington and Loraine Griffith (Russ) of Lexington; her grandchildren, Hays Cannon (Madison Pergrem), Clark Griffith, Tice Hays, Ellen Griffith, Pamela Pabian (Brad) and Rob Rich (Rebecca); her great grandchild Caroline Pabian; her caregivers, Joan McWhorter, Kori Estep and Ashley Masterson; and her pet Buddy.
