He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Crowley Brown; his sons, Jack Arnold Willoughby, Jr. (Rachel), William Ashley Willoughby (Trista) and Kevin Todd Willoughby (Toni); his grandchildren, Bryan (Emilee), Trey (Hillary), Hayden, Kannon, Kinley, Kingston, Amy (Logan) and Brice (Audrey); his great grandchildren, Natalie, Jack, Liam, Cort and Ryder; his siblings, Ricky Brown (Veda), Greg Brown (Linda), Twila Steffey and Mary Evelyn Warner; and his niece Precia Brown Wood.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tucker, Yocum & Wilson Funeral Home (320 W Main St, Georgetown, KY 40324). A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
