With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Susannah Prather (Georgetown, Kentucky), who passed away on September 10, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Susannah had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Susannah may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Herrick and Susan Johnston Herrick. She is survived by: her husband John B. Prather; and her daughters, Laura Autumn Prather and Jessica Bourne Prather (Deric Miller). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
