He was predeceased by: his parents, Preston Phillips and Maude Keaton Phillips; and his brothers, Ray Phillips and Tom Phillips. He is survived by: his son Randy Phillips (Patty); his siblings, Arnold Phillips, Edith Wickline and Rita Phillips; his grandsons, Corey Micheal Phillips (Katelyn) and Brandon Scott Phillips (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Phillips, Blake Emery Phillips and Bennett Scott Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Johnson's Funeral Home (641 S Broadway St, Georgetown, KY 40324). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at the Crestlawn Memorial Cemetery (1879 Lexington Rd, Georgetown, KY 40324).
