We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2023, at the age of 96, Virginia Ruth Yazell (Georgetown, Kentucky), born in Richmond, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Albert and Mary Bessie Revel (Columbia); and her children, Robert Samuel Martin, James Allen Martin and Bessie Louise Martin.

She is survived by : her daughter Pamela Christan; her stepdaughter Sherry Murphy; her sister Roberta; and her friends, James and Fanny Devers. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
