She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Courts and Christena Bay Courts; her husband Wayne Boyd McGee; and her brothers, Baxter Courts, Roger Courts (Roberta) and Douglas Courts.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Clay (John) of Lexington, KY and David McGee (Sharon) of Johnson City, Tennessee.; her grandson Carter Clay (Emily); her son Jack of Atlanta, GA; her son-in-law Alexander Clay (Katie); her grandchildren, Virginia, Walker of Lexington, John McGee (Lena Ilagan) of Charlotte, NC and Samuel McGee of Johnson City, TN.; and her sister-in-law Marie Courts. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
