She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren G. Rouse and Beatrice Prater Rouse; and her son Todd Frazee Stapleton. She is survived by: her son Charles W. "Chuck" Stapleton (Maureen) of Lexington, KY; and her grandchildren, Charles Taylor Stapleton of Paris, KY, Christopher Todd Stapleton (Hannah) of Independence, KY, Andrew Frazee Stapleton of Lexington, KY, Jo Ann, Martha Pawsat, Lesley Asbury, Grace Pawsat and Harper Asbury. She is also survived by three great-grandsons.
