He was predeceased by: his parents, Garfield Cooke and Audrey Cooke; his wife Martha Cooke; and his sister Nancy Ruh. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Theresa Rhodes and Paula Marksberry; and his nieces, Connie Compton and Donna Ruh.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stith Funeral Home (7500 U. S. Hwy 42, Florence, KY 41042). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
