Orr of Murray, Kentucky; his stepchildren, Marianne Purcell of Jackson, Tennessee and Randy Purcell (Tracy) of Maryville, Tennessee; his mother Dorothy Jean Glisson Blackwell (Blackwell); his grandson Austin Orr (Abby); his great grandchildren, Abilene and Anderson Orr; his siblings, Stephanie Kendall (Phillip) of LeCenter, Sandra Fleming (Daniel) of Kevil, Kentucky and William Edward Orr (Joyce) of Florence, Kentucky.; and his children, Charity and Rocky Point Drive of Tampa, FL.
