He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Earl Shirley and Wanda Laverne Williams; and his brother-in-law Noah Crain. He is survived by: his siblings, Jeff Shirley, Judy Rasdell (Jeff), Brenda Crain and Connie Sturgeon (Danny); and his nieces and nephews, Toni Cochran (Brad), Wendy Shirley, Frankie Richardson and Adam Sturgeon.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
