He was predeceased by: his parents, Inell Tooley (Bartley) and Robert E. Tooley. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra T. Emberton of Tompkinsville, KY and Robert S. "Bobby" Tooley of Tompkinsville, KY; his nephews, Kerry Tooley (Becky), Casey Tooley (Melanie) and Charles Emberton (Tonya); and his niece Georgeann E. Thompson (Mike). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, extended family and many friends.
