She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Phillips (Donald Bartley); her grandchildren, Alice Bybee (Kenneth) and Whitney Hurt (Kasey); her great grandchild Waylon Bybee; her sister Annie Moock; and her son-in-law David Phillips.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. F Crow & Son Funeral Home (201 E Washington St, Glasgow, KY 42141). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery (303 Leslie Ave, Glasgow, KY 42141).
