With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Hall Baxter (Glasgow, Kentucky), who passed away on February 6, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baxter and Eula Hall Baxter; and his daughter Cynthia Baxter Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Strange Baxter; his daughter Karen Baxter; and his granddaughter Taysen Wilkins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In an abundance of caution during the pandemic, a funeral service will not be held.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of condolences may be directed to Glasgow High School Athletics for underprivileged athletes to have the equipment and supplies they need to succeed.
