He is survived by: his wife Kathy Waitt Deckard; his children, Timmy Deckard (Carla) of Glasgow, Ricky Deckard (Melissa) of Glasgow, Scott Deckard (Tracy) of Glasgow, Allechia Jones of Glasgow and Tonya Deckard of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kelsey, Coleman, Mandy, Morgan, Austin, Taylor, Paige, Gavin, Turner, Cheyanne, Mersades, Britteny and Gabby; his siblings, Leroy Deckard (Carolyn) and Jean Knowlden; and his sister-in-law Eva Rose Deckard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
