Brian Douglas Simmons Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Douglas Simmons of Glasgow, Kentucky, who passed away on March 2, 2021, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, David Simmons and Bonnie Ann Davidson Wallace; his sons, Clay Simmons (Erica) of Glasgow, Blake Simmons of Huntsville and Luke Simmons of Glasgow, Kentucky; his brother Brad Simmons of Glasgow, Kentucky; his stepsiblings, Aaron Wallace of Alvaton, Kentucky and Christina Anderson (Jamie) of Glasgow, Kentucky; and his niece Aria Simmons of Glasgow, Kentucky.

All those who wish to honor and remember Brian in person at the visitation must wear a mask or other facial covering and practice social distancing while inside the funeral home for safety of those in attendance.
