He was predeceased by: his parent Cova Lyle; his grandmother Irene Thompson Lyle; his wife Lucille Lyle; and his siblings, Keith Lyle, Kenneth Lyle, Bernice Chapman, Travis Lyle and Virginia Walker.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Proffitt (Dennis) of Glasgow and Laura Brack (BJ) of Nashville; his grandchildren, Christy Johns (Chan) of Glasgow, Debbie Profgan (Brittney) of Oakland, Alex Brack of Nashville and Jacob Brack of Nashville; and his great grandchildren, Sage, Syler and Solomon Johns.
