He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Neeley Oliver and Gene Troxall Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Cindie; his children, Amanda Ross (Seth) of Charleston and Worth Telford IV of Dayton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Callie Ross and Olivia Ross; his brother Mark Oliver of Glasgow; and his nephew John Luke Oliver of Madisonville.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 820 Payne Mill Rd, Glasgow, KY 42141.
In lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to help offset medical expenses.
