He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sparks and Susie Sparks. He is survived by: his wife Edith Sparks; his sons, Tim Sparks (Tia) and Chris Sparks (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Hallie Kernstein (Brian), Shelby Ulmer (Chad), Brayden Sparks and Sydney Bolinger (Zeke).
