He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William and Roberta Leola Lee Moore; his former wife Dolores Paul Moore; and his brothers, Billy Dewayne Moore, James Dwight Moore and Gary Lee Moore.
He is survived by: his close friend Sallie Hammons; and his siblings, Bobby Lynn Moore of Louisville, Clyde Paul Moore of Holly Hill, Florida and Reda Carol Yeoman of Shepherdsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital or Tunnel to Towers in honor of Mr. Moore.
