He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Dawn High; his brother Mark High; his sister-in-law Joanna; his sisters, Teresa High, Anita High, Pamela High and Rhonda Hardin (Alton); his nieces and nephews, Kristin Sigley, Bridgitte Donovan, Dylan High and Wilson High; and his great-nephews, Damien Mattingly and Vawn Mattingly.
