He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Proffitt and Alma Proffitt (Cain); and his brother Gregory Hugh Proffitt. He is survived by: his daughter Maranda Haycraft of Glasgow, KY; and his sister-in-law Wanda (Timothy Kirby). He is also survived by many extended family, nieces and nephews.
