He was predeceased by: his father Donnie Ray Whitlow; his daughters, Amber Dawn and Dana Jo Whitlow; and his grandchild Khloie Mansfield. He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Davis Garmon; his daughters, Lori Beth Whitlow (Brandon), Robin Whitlow and Cheyenne Whitlow; his grandchildren, Zaniya, Zaishawn, Jaydon, Chance, Amara, Harmonie, Gracie and Ryder; his siblings, Jamie Chapman, Danny Whitlow, Dusty Whitlow and Tammy Milby (Kevin); and his caregiver Kim Morgan. He is also survived by step children that he picked up along the way; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
