The memory of Doris Lee Lawrence of Glasgow, Kentucky, who passed away on April 18, 2024 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Oscar Honeycutt and Dorothy Ethel Neal Honeycutt; her granddaughter Kimberly Hilligoss; her son-in-law Mike Popplewell; and her siblings, Edward Honeycutt, Eugene Honeycutt, Wayne Honeycutt, Billy Honeycutt, Rose Pemberton, Sue Riddle and Carolyn Hale.

She is survived by : her husband James R. Lawrence; her children, Debbie Popplewell, Peggy Engleman (Tim), Barbara Shirley (Alan), Jack Sneed (Tammy), Walter Sneed and James William Lawrence (Elisha); her grandchildren, Michael, Artie, Andy, Brandi, Taylor, Jacquelyn, Tara Jean, Nichole, Chrissie, Casey, Justin, Kaylee Grace, Kellis, Chastity, Jessica, Brad and Kyle; and her sisters, Jane Weaver (Louis) and Mary Johnson. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hatcher & Saddler Funeral Home (801 N Race St, Glasgow, KY 42141).
