He is survived by: his wife Elenor Howe; his sons, Scott Howe (Melissa), Steven Howe (Karen) and Brian Howe; his siblings, Steven W. Howe, Rose Swanger and Betty Rae; and his grandchildren, Holly Franklin, Laura Franklin, Jonathon Lane, Steven Michael Howe, II, Matthew Howe, Kayla Hoover, Amanda Beemer and Angelina Howe. He is also survived by several grandchildren nieces and nephews.
