He was predeceased by: his parents, Levie Weir and Ruth Patterson Weir; and his sister Marie Ping. He is survived by: his granddaughter Leah Kate; his wife Joyce Huff Weir; his daughter Tammy DeBorde (Todd); his granddaughter Leah Kate DeBorde of Richmond, KY; his brother Ivan Weir (Myra) of Parkers Lake, KY; and his close friend James Jackson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
All those who wish to honor and remember Mr. Weir in person at the visitation and service must wear a mask or other appropriate facial covering and practice physical distancing while inside the funeral home for the safety of all those in attendance.
