He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Caldwell and Grace Gardner Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Lucinda Stonesifer, Elisha G. Caldwell, Christine Wenrich (Jerry), Jacqueline Ferris, Donald W. Ferris, Jr. (Jill) and Mona Barnes (Darrell); his extended family Josh Berry (Susan); his sister Marie Seiger; and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Wallace and Carl Millsap (Carol). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nephews, and nieces.
