He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Honeycutt and Dorothy Neal Honeycutt; his sons, Frankie and Jerry Honeycutt; and his siblings, Edward Honeycutt, Rose Pemberton, Sue Riddle and Carolyn Hale.

He is survived by: his former wife Anna Katherine Byrd; his wife Ann Honeycutt (Byrd); his daughters, Patricia Dyer (Jerry) of Glasgow, Geraldine Sherfey (Marty) of Glasgow and Tammie Davidson of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Katina Harper (Barry), Chris Sherfey (Gina) and Tiffany Davidson (Eric Smith); his great grandchildren, Jessica Harper and Ryder Lee Sherfey; and his siblings, Billy Honeycutt of Park City, Wayne Honeycutt (Glenda) of Hiseville, Doris Lawrence (James) of Glasgow, Jane Weaver (Louis) of Greenville, KY and Mary Johnson of Glasgow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
