We are sad to announce that, on October 2, 2021, at the age of 77, Franklin Cordell Shaw (Glasgow, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Odell Shaw and Vada Etta Shaw (Cherry); and his sisters, Dena Christine, Doris Irene and Cherry Laverne.

He is survived by: his stepmother Ethel Kirby McDonald Shaw; his wife Janie Ruth Shaw (Smith); his sons, Jeremy Dell Shaw (Julie) and Micah Dee Shaw (Erica); his grandchildren, Holly Shea Edwards, Allison Presley Shaw and Jake-Ryan William Shaw; his stepsiblings, Lila Ruth Page and Dean McDonald; and his nephew Charles Eugene "Gene" Fisher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Hiseville Christian Church Youth Group, in care of Micah Dee Shaw, 547 Groce Cemetery Rd, Glasgow, KY, 42141 or your favorite charity.
